All Ireland Regional Competition 2022
The All Ireland Regional Competition will be held in the National Aquatic Centre, Dublin on Saturday 1st October 2022 from 2.30-6.30pm.
Winners will go on to compete in the National Lifesaving Championships in Leeds, UK on Saturday 5th November 2022.
Eligibility Criteria
Age categories are 12-14, 15-17, Individual (16+)
12-14 and 15-17 compete in pairs
Entries are done through the club competitions officer, Karen Kelly
All entrants MUST have current RLSS membership either by creating a Tahdah account on the RLSS website or phoning the freephone number 1800 856 022.
Karen will need the number and the expiry date for entry.

Life support initiative test
Line throw
Swim+tow
Entry Fee €20
Payment can only be made by credit transfer to the Poseidon Lifesaving Club at the Greystones Credit Union. Please make sure you reference your childs name when making the payment.
